—Chef Pam Crites— She first began her career in the hospitality industry 16 years ago. After attending Schoolcraft College for Culinary Arts, she moved out west to work in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, eventually landing in Vail, Colorado. Her 4 years in Vail were spent as a personal chef for professional athletes and high end clientele. Within that time, she also managed a catering business, the opening of two restaurants, as well as a food truck. During the off seasons, she and her husband travelled around the world, visiting 16 countries throughout Europe and Asia. She moved back to Detroit in 2017 to be a part of the changing and growing culinary scene. In Detroit she has worked as one of the chefs for the Detroit Tigers, the Detroit Pistons, a local Fortune 500 businessman and professional sports team owner. She also was the private chef for multiple professional athletes including Blake Griffin, Romeo Okwara, Ryan Kesler, Danny Amendola, Payton Manning, Brandon Marshall and many more.
