Pam Crites is originally from Livonia, MI where she got her start in the hospitality industry 15 years ago. After attending Schoolcraft College for Culinary Arts, she moved out west. She worked in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks for 2 years, first at Lake Yellowstone Hotel and also at Headwaters Ranch. She then relocated to Vail, Colorado for 4 years, starting at The 10th and Mountain Standard. Her last 2 years there were spent as a personal chef for professional athletes, high end clients and also managed a catering business, the opening of 2 restaurants and a food truck. During the off seasons for the resort she and her husband travelled around the world, visiting 16 countries throughout Europe and Asia. She recently moved back to Detroit to be a part of the changing and growing city. In Detroit she has worked at Two Unique Caterers & Event Planners where she was one of the chefs for the Detroit Tigers. She is currently one of the chefs for a Fortune 500 businessman.
